From personal connections to Trackman Golf to superb soundproofing and everything in between (including Real Estate Brokers who understand the space dimensions and demographics necessary to run a successful golf simulator), Tee Time Suites will provide licensees with direct contacts to ensure a successful buildout.

Unlike franchising agreements, licensing agreements give the licensee more freedom to run the business how they see fit. That’s why we only require a one-time licensing fee and a recurring flat royalty fee.
